1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, faulty, or not the item you ordered. In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition of Returned Items: The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, refunds are processed through the same method. A refund will be made to you in cash at the time of product pickup or delivery.
  • Refund Timeframe: Once your return has been approved, the refund will be processed and handed to you within 7 days of our confirmation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that are not in their original condition.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
  • Products purchased more than 7 days ago.
